1.Hard to find contact details on website

  • Provide contact details on the first page down.
  • Make it available on all the pages.
  • Note: No one has time to wander on your website to find your contact details so make it easily available and visible.

  • Make sure your website doesn’t take much time to load.
  • Put optimised videos and images
  • Note: Website load time is the most important. Slower loading website often result in failure to maintain visitor's interest. Below are some of the tools to check your website speed.

3.Have long paragraphs

  • Put attractive headlines
  • A message should be short, clear easy understandable.
  • Make bullet points so they understand easily.
  • Note:Always Headlines are the first impressions which decides whether users will read the content or not so make it attractive enough to get the attention of the people.

4.Have a lot of stock imagery

  • Hire a graphic designer to customize your imagery and add the flavour of your brand.
  • Hire a professional photographer to shoot some real life pictures of your products and services to give faces to the brand.
  • Choose the colour scheme wisely related to your brand and use it in your website, social media and marketing materials to show uniformity.
  • Note: images speak much more than words. Try making images that are more suitable and relatable to your brand.

5.Pop-ups

  • Show popups in a timely manner to make it more effective.
  • Do not put too much textual data in a popup. If you have to have textual content than create a page in your website and just put a button in your popup to link that page.
